All internal processes used in our companies are managed with state-of-the-art ERP software controlling all processes from manufacture to product delivery, allowing for traceability. The whole process is supported by integrated SGA.
AR Storage Solution's Tech Center, which hosts the RDI Department and the Project Development Department, uses advanced software, such as RSA, In House Racking Software, Solid Works, etc., to achieve its goals.
Additionally, all plants deploy the most advanced production techniques, with fully robotized and automated processes.
Raw Material
Extensive knowledge of steel. Use of different steels compliant with the requirements of each component, always subject to the applicable European standards. Raw material fit to the required product specifications.
Cold Profiling
Technologically advanced profiling equipment. Strict control of dimensions using laser meters.
Welding
Robot welding. 100% control of welded parts by using machine vision. Approved welding process in compliance with UNE EN 288-8 2000 and EN ISO 15614-1.
Painting
Automated electrostatic adherence painting processes with previous processes of degreasing, phosphating and cleaning using 100% osmotized water. 100% lead-free epoxy polyester paints approved as M1 in terms of fire behavior (UNE 23727 Standard).
Packaging
Automated process. Uniform and highly protected bundles.
